I am the founder of Kirkland Law PC, and I have the privilege of representing fast-growing companies in the US and Canada as well as private equity funds in the emerging cannabis industry. I provide a broad array of legal services with a focus on corporate structure, private offerings, secured debt financing, and tax matters. I have been the lead attorney on over $260 million in private offerings for cannabis companies since May of 2016.
