These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of law-firms-in.com (“LawyersUS”, “the Website”), operated by Artem Chernyshov, an individual based in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By using the Website or purchasing a paid listing plan you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
LawyersUS is an online directory of lawyers and law firms in the United States. We publish business listings (name, address, contacts, practice areas) and sell paid listing plans to law firms. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice and are not a lawyer referral service. Information on the Website is for general information only. Choosing a lawyer is your own decision.
2. Listings and claims
Basic listings are free. A law firm or its authorized representative may claim its listing for free and edit its details. You confirm that you are authorized to act for the firm and that the information you submit is accurate and lawful, including the advertising rules of the state bar(s) where you practice. We may edit, reject or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading or violates these Terms.
3. Paid plans
We offer the following plans for a single listing:
- Free — $0, basic listing.
- Premium — $49 for 30 days, or Premium Annual — $490 for 365 days: verified badge, no competitor ads and no Google ads on your listing, lead form, consultation booking, photo gallery and video, FAQ, business hours, social links, up to 5 practice areas, statistics.
- Featured — $129 for 30 days: everything in Premium plus priority placement in the listing’s city and practice area, marked as “Featured”.
Prices are in US dollars. The current list of plans and features is on the Pricing page. We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. Payment
Paid plans are paid online in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and others) through the payment processor Trybit. The amount is set in US dollars and converted at the rate shown on the payment page; network fees are shown before you pay. A plan is activated automatically after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Plans do not renew automatically — to continue, you pay for the next period. Full terms: Payment & Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not submit false, defamatory or infringing content, impersonate another firm, scrape the Website, or use it for spam or unlawful purposes.
6. Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any number of views, leads or clients. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the current plan period.
7. Termination
We may suspend a listing or a paid plan that violates these Terms. If we do so without your fault, we refund the unused part of the period.
