After several years of experience at one of the largest real estate law firms in New York City, Mr. Byrnes decided to open his own firm to address the needs of small and medium size landlords, commercial tenants, and businesses who do not typically have access to the large firms at a reasonable cost. Mr. Byrnes formed The Byrnes Law Office which was subsequently merged with Davis & Associates to form Davis & Byrnes.
Mr. Byrnes areas of focus are: Real Estate Transactions and Advisory Services, Business transactions and startups, Landlord and Tenant Law, Commercial Litigation, Rent Regulation, Business Law and Litigation.
Mr. Byrnes is also the CEO ZRE Properties, as real estate property management and advisory service company.
