Gary holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from New York University, Polytechnic School of Engineering. In 1976, he received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, New Jersey State Bar Association – Environmental Section, and New Jersey State Judiciary’s Statewide Mediation Program.
