His litigation skills have been tempered coast-to-coast achieving remarkably brilliant outcomes. He is a graduate of the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law and holds a Masters of Law Degree(Labor)from Southern Methodist University. He was elected to membership in the American Law Institute and elected a Fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Law, David is the father of six children and an active civic leader.
