Barry is well-credentialed, with his BA and JD from Rutgers, his MBA from Lehigh and his LLM in Taxation from Villanova. As a Tax Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co., in Philadelphia, he developed a strong background in tax, business, estate planning and review of financial statements. He also practices in the areas of partnership and corporation agreements, health care structuring, accounting, medical and law practice representation, mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses. Barry practices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He belongs to the American Bar Association Business, Trust and Real Estate, and Tax Sections, as well as in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
