Tom Anelli is the Senior Partner at Tom Anelli & Associates, a practice focused solely on defending DWI charges. For almost 20 years, Tom has invested all his time learning and practicing the best methods to defend those charged with DWI. Tom has been factory trained by National Patent Analytical Systems, the company that manufactures the breath-testing device used most by local police agencies. Tom is a NHTSA certified Instructor of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
Simply put, Tom is skilled in defending against all the strategies police officers and district attorney’s offices’ use in prosecuting DWI cases. Tom’s experiences gives him valuable insight in handling DWI cases, as well as relationships with all of the courts and court personnel throughout New York.
Tom Anelli received his B.A. degree from Syracuse University and a J.D. Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 1997.
