Todd Palumbo is a graduate of the University Texas School of Law, one of the top law schools in the country, and has extensive New Jersey municipal court and criminal defense experience statewide. He is a second generation NJ criminal and traffic defense lawyer, coming from a family with over 35 years of trial experience in this area of the law.
Attorney Palumbo specializes in criminal/municipal defense, including DWI, drug crimes, traffic offenses, domestic violence charges, theft offenses, assault crimes, and appears in municipal and superior courts throughout the state. He is board certified in the administration of the Alcotest breath testing device, the device used to test breath samples of DWI suspects. He is also certified and has received extensive training in the administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, the field test used to establish probable cause for DWI arrest. Mr. Palumbo is one of a select few attorneys in the state who have obtained these certifications.
