Tess Anglin focuses her practice in the area of business law and business transactions. She assists business clients with mergers and acquisitions, business formation, contract drafting and with updating and reviewing their website terms of use and privacy policies.
Prior to joining the Business law team at Barrett McNagny, she was focused in the area of employment and labor law. Tess served as a Senior Law Clerk for the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana and an Investigative Intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission before joining the law firm.
