Shilpa Narayan is an Associate at Friedman & Houlding, LLP. She represents victims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in employment.
Prior to joining Friedman & Houlding, LLP, Shilpa litigated complex commercial claims in both federal and state court and represented victims of domestic violence, pro bono, in family court. She is a 2009 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review, and a 2003 graduate, cum laude, of the University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts & Sciences.
Shilpa began her legal career clerking for civil rights attorney Norman Siegel and is pleased to continue working on behalf of those seeking to vindicate their civil rights at Friedman & Houlding, LLP. She lives with her husband and son in Brooklyn, New York.
