Attorney Scott P. Kessler specializes in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, such as car accidents, truck accidents, slips and falls, dog bites, defective products, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents and more. In addition to representing victims in personal injury cases, Mr. Kessler also specializes in workers’ compensation cases, advocating on behalf of individuals injured in workplace accidents or who have had their workers’ compensation claims denied and much more.
Mr. Kessler is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a workers’ compensation lawyer – a designation earned by only one percent of New Jersey lawyers.
Mr. Kessler has not only been named a “Super Lawyer” but he has successfully fought to expand the rights of injured workers in the Supreme Court case Sager vs. O.A. Peterson Construction Co.
Mr. Kessler has been practicing law since 1988. He has served as Vice-President of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health, which is a workers’ rights advocacy group, since 2008. Mr. Kessler is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
