Following graduation from law school in 1991, I joined the law firm that was then known as Clifford, Jenkins & Brown in Bakersfield, California. Until 2004, I tried cases for large corporations, family owned businesses and individuals. In 2004, my family and I moved to Stockton, California where I continued my trial practice and expanded my experience to include real estate, Probate (wills & Trusts), business formations and dissolutions at the firm of Brown, Hall, Shore & McKinley. Returning to Bakersfield in 2015, I have continued to represent clients in the same types of matters.
In addition to my skills as a litigator, I am also a trained mediator that has successfully resolved disputes involving trust matters, personal injury, business disputes, breaches of contract and property rights.
