Quinn was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1973. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the states of Alabama and Florida, all Federal Courts in Alabama and the Northern District of Florida. Quinn’s primary area of practice has been Social Security Disability since 2000. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR)
