Background:

While born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Piercy pursued his BA from Florida State University. After, he went on to pursue his JD from the University of Florida College of Law. During his time in law school, Piercy stood out as a leader, becoming an active member of the Moot Court and Trial Competition Teams. Graduating in 1997 with honors, he began his legal career at an established and respected firm in South Florida.

Over the course of the next four years, Piercy would gain extensive experience working for some of the largest firms in the region. He represented both insurance companies and individuals in various types of legal claims, successfully trying cases before juries, obtaining victories at both the state and federal level.

In 2001, Piercy returned his focus to his true passion: helping individuals. He opened The Law office of Piercy J. Stakelum, P.A. in Orlando-which is now know as Trial Pro, P.A.
