Perry co-founded Green Light Law Group in 2015. He is a corporate and environmental attorney with almost 20 years of experience providing compliance advice as well as legal direction to public and private entities.
Perry has served as both outside and in-house counsel to a variety of companies, investors, and government agencies throughout the United States, and has helped successfully launch several marijuana companies and projects. Perry’s years working on business processes, SEC, and environmental compliance, provide an intersectional qualification in the cannabis industry, where navigating compliance with complex regulatory implementation is a major barrier to entry and ultimate success. Perry is dedicated to flourishing the cannabis businesses in the states he serves, New York, Oregon and Washington.
