Ms. Sutnick, the founding partner of Sutnick & Sutnick, LLC, is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully defended criminal defendants in both states.
Ms. Sutnick has been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer since 2015 and in 2018 was selected to its Top 50 Women list. She is certified by the State of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
Ms. Sutnick is a trustee of the Bergen County Bar Association and the co-chair of the Municipal Court Law and Criminal Law committees. She was a guest commentator on Court TV. Ms. Sutnick participates as a trial skills advisor at the Cardozo School of Law Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and as a coach for the Northern Valley Demarest Regional High School Mock Trial Team.
Ms. Sutnick began her legal career at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where she was a senior trial attorney.
