Kyle D. Sellett is based out of the firm’s Schaumburg office, where he practices in a variety of areas of law, including: Divorce, Family Law, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy and Creditor Negotiations. He handles cases in Cook County and the surrounding collar counties.
Mr. Sellett’s legal career began as a Creditor’s Rights attorney and eventually acting as a Supervisor at his previous law firm. During his time practicing in Collection Law, he routinely handled trials, hearings, and other contested matters. His experience in this field makes him an ideal option to handle any case where there are delinquent debts involved. Additionally, he is an experienced negotiator who has a history of settling cases with favorable terms for his clients.
Mr. Sellett joined Anderson & Associates, P.C. in 2018 and was hired on as an associate attorney. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2011 and thereafter received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2015.
