David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1967 and admitted to the Kentucky and Federal bars in 1994. David is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. The U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit; the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
