Jennifer T. Campbell (also known as Jenna) is a practicing attorney who focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and probate law issues, including conservatorships, guardianships, and special needs trusts. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class. As an attorney, Jenna has represented clients in numerous venue throughout California, having appeared in the Superior Courts of the Counties of Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Yolo, Butte, Humboldt, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Orange, Ventura, and Los Angeles. Jenna also serves as court-appointed counsel for conservatorship and guardianship matters in Sacramento County. Jenna is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California and the Probate Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Sacramento Estate Planning Council. Jenna also serves on the Board of Trustees for Stanford Settlement, a local non-profit, serving the needs of at-risk children and teens, and seniors. In addition to her service on the Board of Trustees, Jenna provides no cost or low cost estate planning services at monthly legal clinics held at Stanford Settlement’s Senior Center. Jenna is a native of Fair Oaks, located in Sacramento County, California. She currently resides in Fair Oaks with her husband and four children, two of whom have special needs.
