Jennifer’s relationship with her clients goes beyond just straight legal representation – she also keeps in mind your emotional and privacy concerns.
As a member of the Czepiga Daly Pope and Perri litigation team, Jennifer is skilled in defending, prosecuting, and negotiating in the areas of fiduciary litigation, probate litigation, conservatorships, nursing home collections, elder financial exploitation, settlement agreements, and contractual disputes.
Before joining us, Jennifer worked at a firm where she took and defended depositions, researched, drafted, and argued motions and prepared cases for trial (including first chair trial experience).
Outside the office and court room, she is an avid traveler, delights in culinary adventure and enjoys life with her husband and two huskies.
