I am the Chairman of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Group at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP. I have a wealth of industry experience in the computer software and hardware fields to bolster the legal experience I have developed over the years. Our firm has helped hundreds of clients in both corporate transactional and intellectual property matters.
My primary focus is on intellectual property matters in the technology sector, mainly involving patent prosecution. However, we also handle a whole host of other transactional corporate and intellectual property matters, including licensing and due diligence on IP and M&A transactions.
On a personal level, I am an avid video gamer, wine lover and fitness fanatic. Admittedly, all these things take a back seat to my children, who are central to my life and are at the core of my philosophy as an attorney. Treat all with the respect you desire to be treated with.
