Hunter A. McMillan

Hunter Arthur McMillan received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and awarded Best Direct Examination at the Ben Franz Mock Trial Competition. Mr. McMillan is licensed by the California State Bar and admitted to the Bar of the Central District of California, United States District Court. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association: Family Law Section, Ventura County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association: Family Law Section, and California Lawyer’s Association.

Mr. McMillan began his career with Feinberg & Waller as a law clerk. Prior to joining Feinberg & Waller, Mr. McMillan was certified by the California State Bar, under Practical Training of Law Student Program, to work at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office where he gained valuable exposure to the criminal justice system and experience presenting arguments. Mr. McMillan was also a law clerk for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Chatsworth Courthouse, where he had the opportunity to observe a multitude of court proceedings and learned the intricacies of complex civil litigation. During his undergraduate years, Mr. McMillan worked with Redlands Arbitration and Mediation Services and became versed in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Mr. McMillan’s practice at Feinberg & Waller encompasses all aspects of family law with interest in international custody and Hague Convention cases. He is a highly motivated team player with a practical approach to conflict resolution: ensuring the parties are provided an effective opportunity to be heard.
