Mr. Ferruggia’s experience includes property tax appeals, and all aspects of real estate transactions from contract negotiation to closing, as well as experience with landlord/tenant, environmental matters and litigation.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Ferruggia gained invaluable experience working with several New Jersey law firms. He uses his experience to implement cost-effective and efficient solutions for his clients.
Mr. Ferruggia received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law and his Bachelor of Arts from University of Pittsburgh.
During law school, Mr. Ferruggia interned for the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also interned for the Honorable Michael R. Casale, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
