He also represents individuals, fiduciaries (executors, administrators, trustees, conservators) and other entities in Probate Court, administers estates, identifies and collects assets, resolves and pays claims of creditors and taxes against estates, so that probate assets can be safely and appropriately distributed to heirs, beneficiaries and other claimants.
When disputes arise and cannot be resolved informally, Attorney May represents parties in litigation in the Probate Court, Superior Court and Appellate Courts.
