I am the Managing Partner and Founder of Rise Law Firm.

I have two degrees from Harvard, having graduated with magna cum laude honors from Harvard College in 2003 and Harvard Law School in 2007.

Upon law school graduation, I was hired by O’Melveny & Myers, the largest law firm in Los Angeles and a globally recognized legal powerhouse that has trained some of America’s most prominent lawyers, judges, politicians and business leaders. I spent 4 years at O’Melveny – and during that time I worked tirelessly as outside counsel representing corporations such as Univision, Participant Media, and the International Olympic Committee. In my first year I was one of the highest billing associates in the entire firm, worldwide. And by my fourth year I was helping to lead teams in negotiating legal matters in excess of $1 billion.

Since that time, I made the important and life-changing decision to devote my career exclusively to representing individuals, not corporations. I have never looked back.

Over the course of my career, I have represented hundreds of individuals victimized at their workplace or injured by the negligent or intentional acts of others. My clients range from minimum wage employees and individuals to high-profile celebrities, government officials, C-level executives and other public figures, and I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients, including numerous recoveries in the six and seven figures.

I practice all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, FMLA and disability discrimination and retaliation, race discrimination, wage and hour class actions, misclassification cases, and whistleblower cases.

I also represent injured individuals in high-stakes serious and catastrophic injury cases that require sophisticated legal representation.

My firm provides free consultations whenever we can and never charge our clients up front – we only get paid if we recover money for our clients.
