Dhruv Patel is a personal injury attorney with Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law specializing in PIP Arbitration and motor vehicle claims. Dhruv focuses on the complex issues of New Jersey’s PIP Arbitration process such as medical necessity, causation, termination of benefits, and improper applications of penalty. Through medical research, he builds a client’s case to prove medical necessity for treatments after an injury. Dhruv successfully represented a number of clients through PIP arbitration since joining the firm.
Dhruv graduated cum laude and received a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School where he was a member of the Transactional Law Honors Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution club.
