Practice is primarily in the area of personal injury, auto accidents, spinal injuries, brain injuries, wrongful death and other civil cases on behalf of injured persons. Has been a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations since 1987, the Delaware State Bar Association since 1988, the New York State Bar Association since 1989, and the Maryland State Bar Association since 1990. Member of numerous Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. Married with five adult children and has his primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware.
