David Scott holds a J.D. degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. He began his legal career as felony prosecutor focusing on jury trials for victim involved criminal cases. Since 2012, David has been representing clients in personal injury cases. David has numerous successful settlements and trial verdicts for his clients, and he was named “Plaintiff Attorney of the Year” for 2015 by The Kentucky Trial Court Review.
