In December 2020 I began my 34th year as an attorney in this State. I am a 1985 graduate of the Delaware Law School, Widener University. During the 1985-1986 court year, I clerked for the Honorable E. Stephenson Fluharty, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage. After my clerkship I achieved partnership in the former firms of Moss, Powers, and Posternock (1987-1996), and Cureton, Caplan, and Clark (1997-1998), before establishing the Law Offices of Daniel Posternock in 1988. Four years later, the firm of Barron & Posternock, LLP was formed. In June 2011, that firm merged with McDowell Riga, PC to become McDowell Riga Posternock, PC, and later McDowell Posternock, PC. In September 2014 McDowell Posternock, PC merged with the law firm of Apell & Detrick, PC to become McDowell Posternock Apell & Detrick, PC. In January 2018 McDowell Posternock Apell & Detrick, PC separated and the law firm of Posternock Apell, PC was formed.
