An experienced litigator, Ben Ice focuses his practice in the area of litigation, including medical malpractice defense, health care law and business litigation. He has participated in the presentation of over fifteen jury trials, primarily in the defense of doctors and hospitals involved in professional negligence cases.
He has experience handling general litigation and product liability cases, as well as, insurance services which includes coverage disputes, first-party claims, third-party claims and bad faith. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association where he is the chair of the Trial Lawyers Section.
