Andrew J. Fishkin is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. He also holds both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Asian Studies and has been a member of the United States Army Reserve since 1984. Attorney Fishkin served for 10 years in Federal Immigration Law Enforcement (Border Patrol Agent, INS Special Agent and ICE Senior Special Agent). Prior to his law enforcement career, Attorney Fishkin taught English as a Second Language to military officers and diplomats in South Korea.
