She earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. After graduating, Ms. Fedoroff served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Before founding Fedoroff Firm, LLC, she spent nearly two decades serving as a Partner at Atkinson & DeBartolo, P.C., where she practiced in bankruptcy, probate, and real estate law. Ms. Fedoroff now assists clients primarily in matters of bankruptcy, having assisted hundreds of individuals, families, and businesses with their Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 filings. She assists both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, granting her a unique, multifaceted perspective in how these cases are adjudicated. Ms. Fedoroff is fluent in the Russian language.
