Vaughan has been serving clients internationally for over 35 years. He began his practice in California in 1981 with a clear vision of ensuring that his clients have the critical information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
As the son of an immigrant, Vaughan understands firsthand the importance of the decisions his clients are making when they choose to pursue EB-5 for themselves and their families. He knows that it is much more than an investment decision – it shapes the future for his clients’ families, including generations to come.
Vaughan is a 1981 Cum Laude graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and the states of California, Texas and Maryland.
Vaughan is the author of numerous books, including the Complete Guide to the EB-5 Green Card and the EB-5 Due Diligence Workbook.
Vaughan and his wife Christine have been married 44 years and have three adult children.
