I have over 20 years experience in the legal profession with a diverse work history including service as a research attorney to a Kansas appellate court judge, private practice in the areas of personal injury, appellate and administrative practice and general civil litigation, and 10 years’ service as General Counsel and Executive Assistant to the President at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. I am currently a partner in the law firm of Glassman Bird Powell, LLP in Hays, Kansas practicing in the areas of personal injury, appellate practice, wills, trusts and estates, domestic law, governmental law, and general civil litigation.
