Admitted in NY, NJ and PA, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, and U.S. District Courts in NY, NJ and PA. He was born and raised in New York City and graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn College.
