Nicole focuses her practice on the area of family law including advising clients on matters involving divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, equitable distribution and domestic violence. She is well versed in drafting complex pre and post judgment motions as well as nondissolution applications. She also counsels clients in negotiating and drafting marital settlement agreements.

In 2017 Nicole became an accredited New Jersey Family and Divorce Mediator and is able to serve both individuals and attorneys in this capacity.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine R. Dupuis, P.J.F.P. of the New Jersey Superior Court in Union County. During her clerkship she worked exclusively in family law with a concentration on pre and post judgment matrimonial matters. These matters included issues of child support, alimony, parenting time and equitable distribution. Her experience working as a law clerk provided her a unique perspective into the judicial system, allowing her to provide valuable insight to her clients when developing strategy for their cases.

Nicole received her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, where she was the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Her student note “Beauty is in the Eye of the Retoucher: Why Photoshopped Magazine Images Require Regulation” was selected for publication in Volume 33 of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter.

During law school, Nicole served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County working on issues involving domestic violence and to the Honorable Paul J. Vichness, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County (ret.) working on civil matters.

Nicole is an active member of the legal community. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Union County Bar Association.
