I am the Publisher and Editor in Chief of Advertising Compliance Service, a vital advertising law reference service since 1981 for attorneys and advertisers. I have written nearly 3,500 articles on such advertising law-related areas as advertising substantiation, advertising self-regulation, new media, political advertising, the Federal Trade Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, and many others.

I was the General Editor of West Publishing Company’s four-volume New Jersey Practice Skills and Methods series Volumes 19, 20, 21 and 21A (Third Edition). I was also the General Editor for New Jersey Practice: Municipal Court Practice, Vol. 17 (1997).

I am the author of two published textbooks: “Advertising Compliance Law: Handbook for Marketing Professionals and Their Counsel” and “Readings in White-Collar Crime”, and the Coursebook: “White-Collar Crime Coursebook ’89”.
