Served as District Court Judge (1998), County Court Judge (1999-2018), Acting Family Court Judge (1999-2018) and Acting Supreme Court Justice (2006-2018) in Suffolk County, New York. Author of over 250 judicial reported and published decisions, official and unofficial, in multiple areas of the law.
