I am an attorney, author, and advocate. For the past 30 years, I have dedicated my practice to the representation of injury victims and their families. My clients have ranged in age from infants to one client who was 106 years old. Throughout the State of Florida, I have represented clients and guided them through the challenges of an injury case. From intake through conclusion, I am there for my clients. My firm’s motto is On Your Side – At Your Side. This is a simple and powerful motto that puts the client first. I am the author of twelve books focusing on injury matters.
I have been interviewed by local and national media including Time Magazine. Of course, the most rewarding part of my practice is making a difference for the injury victims and their victims. Again, the focus in On Your Side – At Your Side. My blogs have a wide variety of information regarding injury cases as well as safety tips. There are over 4,000 articles posted of original articles and content. As an advocate, I firmly believe in the rights of individuals and the responsibility of others to honor those rights. For instance, drivers should slow down in school zones. Day care providers should put down the mobile phones and concentrate on the supervision and safety of children. In the 4,000 articles posted and the four books written in the area of child injury / child safety, there are thousands of safety tips and reminders. If followed, many accidents, incidents, and tragedies can certainly be prevented. I am also an advocate for those doing their part to make a difference in the community.
