Attorney Daniel Sevcik has extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in state court. Prior to re-entering into private practice at Snock, Knock, Sevcik & Hinze, Attorney Sevcik spent years representing a Fortune 100 insurance company in personal injury and property damage suits. During this time he had great success, with the average trial verdict being 10% of the Plaintiff’s request to the jury.
Prior to this, Attorney Sevcik worked for a small private firm where he gained extensive courtroom experience practicing criminal defense. Attorney Sevcik also spent a year clerking in family court prior to joining private practice.
Attorney Sevcik graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2016.
