Daniel D’Costa, Esq. is the managing partner at D’Costa Law, P.C. His practice focuses on FINRA securities arbitration, fraud, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and insurance provider denials of no-fault benefits for both injured parties and health care providers. As an experienced litigator, Daniel has represented all types of clients around the nation and abroad in court and various forms of alternative dispute resolution forums. Daniel is passionate about the law, his clients and providing personal attention to each of his clients in order to make the legal process as stress free as possible while achieving the best possible outcome.

Daniel represents distressed investors who have been victimized by stock-broker misconduct as well as representing securities industry professionals in defense of enforcement actions and investigations by the SEC and FINRA, among others.. FINRA’s mission statement is “to provide investor protection and promote market integrity— and our effectiveness is crucial to the health of the capital markets.” Daniel firmly adopts these principles in his practice and believes that it is an attorney’s job to put a spotlight on investor abuse which will further strengthen the public’s trust in the markets.

Daniel also litigates all types of no-fault, personal injury, and workers’ compensation cases including car accidents, commercial trucking accidents, general negligence, slip and fall accidents, motorcycle accidents, biking accidents, defective products and wrongful death cases.

Another key area of practice that is definitely a focal point at D’Costa Law, P.C. is representing doctors and other medical care providers in the collection of unpaid medical bills for no-fault insurance claims. Daniel has multiple family members that are closely involved in the health care industry, including his wife, who is a Family Medicine resident at a long island hospital.
