Before you hire
- Do not simply pay the ticket online if points are attached — payment is a guilty plea and closes your options.
- Ask for a flat fee, and ask whether it covers a second appearance if the case is continued.
- If you hold a CDL, say so at the first call. The rules are stricter and some reductions available to other drivers are prohibited.
